If you have read our website carefully, you have probably clicked here to visit us soon! We are eager to meet outdoor loving, nature respecting people and show them our vast greens but the demand is high and we disappoint last minute queries so please mail us quickly at hunkalwoods@gmail.com. There are 3 steps to confirming your stay –
1. Send us a mail at hunkalwoods@gmail.com. of intended dates, group size and duration
2. We will mail our WELCOME ABOARD to HUNKALWOODS document that will help you thoroughly prepare to pack and travel along with inform tariff details
3. Your payment in full is expected in response to the document within 48 hours from date at our Booking cafe. In return, you will receive brochures of Trip Tips, Route Map and confirmation payment voucher with which you are set to visit!
All bookings are to be made at Bangalore by payment of 100% of total cost calculated. Bookings on first come first served basis and rates and terms as applicable at the time. Any balances and extra costs to be paid at Hunkal Woods at end of stay.
